At Bløme, there’s no specific timeline for booking appointments. We encourage our clients to check our online booking system for available time slots, which displays dates and times for appointments. This allows you to find a convenient time that fits your schedule. We strive to accommodate our clients’ needs to the best of our ability, and our online booking system provides flexibility and convenience for scheduling appointments.
Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, a deposit of $75 is mandatory, payable at the time of booking. This deposit contributes towards your Medical Consultation and Assessment fees and can be conveniently paid via credit card or online payment platforms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice to ensure a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. After the consultation, the deposit becomes non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment date.
No-Show Policy and Exceptions: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will lead to the loss of your deposit. Exceptions to the policy may be considered for serious or unforeseen circumstances, subject to discussion with our office. Your cooperation with these policies is appreciated as they enable us to effectively manage our resources and maintain the quality of care for all patients. Yes, we offer consultations for new clients. We require a mandatory initial doctor consultation session for $55. Prices may vary, so we recommend checking our pricing list for up-to-date prices or contacting us directly for more information.

We currently accept credit and debit card payments for the deposit required to book appointments online. The remaining payment can be made locally at the time of your appointment.
